Since Christmas, Jason has started brewing beer. I was skeptical at first thinking... this seems like a lot of stuff, how much space will it take up, how much will it cost, and will he stick to it? Well, I'm happy to say that he really enjoys brewing. He has learned a lot about beers in the past few months and is becoming a beer connosoire. So far he has made four brews: a pale ale, an ESB, a porter, and a stout. Here are some pictures from his last "brew and bottling night."
