What's this?

This morning my cello was out because I've been practicing for an upcoming concert. Guess who was very interested in it? My little explorer Joshie, of course. As he headed for the music room I said, "No" and he turned and looked at me wondering if I really meant it or not. He paused, but then tried again. Another "no" came from me as I come to get him before he pierces his finger with my endpin or knocks the bridge down, ah! While I packed up, he found another instrument on the bookcase, one much more appropriate for him to play with so I let him. I pretended to play the violin and he loved it!

Fun times in TN

This weekend, Josh and I went to Maryville, TN to visit his Oma and Opa. Not only did we get to see them but also his Great-Grandma Hanes and cousins Jim, Julie, Katie, Riley, Shelby, and Leah.

Tractor time

This past weekend we went to SC to visit family. Josh got to try out the big tractor over at Gee's house. He wasn't too crazy about it at first. He had fun in the grass with Gentoo though.

Where's Daddy?

Josh is definitely becoming a Daddy's boy as Jason likes to say. If Jason leaves the room, Josh cries. It doesn't happen all the time, but I will say that seperation anxiety has kicked in within the past few weeks. Can't you just see him saying, "Oh please, pick me up Daddy?"
